Audit Logs

The following audit logs are available to date:

Audit Log	Description
account.create	An account has been created
account.update	An account has been updated
account.update_account_plan	An account plan has been updated
account.amazon_auth	An authorization for amazon was issued from an account

account.create

• Description: An account has been created
• Details:
  • plEmployeeId: The PL employee id linked to the log
  • accountId: The account id
  • issuedAt: The creation date of the account, in the format of an ISO string.
  • accountName: The (company) name of the account
  • accountKey: The key of the account
  • accountZone: The geographical zone of the account
  • accountStatus: The status of the account (value can be ACTIVE, ARCHIVED, SUSPENDED, REMOVED)

account.update

• Description: An account has been updated
• Details: The same as for account.create

account.update_account_plan

• Description: An account plan has been updated
• Details:
  • plEmployeeId: The PL employee id linked to the log
  • accountId: The account id
  • issuedAt: The update date of the account plan, in the format of an ISO string.
  • limItem: The limit of items for the account
  • limAdmin: The limit of users with admin role for the account
  • limEditor: The limit of users with editor role for the account
  • commentHistory: The number of retention days of the history of comments
  • mappingLink: Whether the feature of mapping links is enabled for the account
  • mappingRule: Whether the feature of mapping rules is enabled for the account

account.amazon_auth

• Description: An authorization for amazon was issued from an account
• Details:
  • accountId: The account id
  • issuedAt: The update date of the account plan, in the format of an ISO string.
